So I'm still regularly going to the gym! This is -beyond- a new record. This is a new record times 20. I've lost 5 pounds total. I've gotten stronger so I've probably lost a bit more fat weight and put some muscle weight on. So.. yeah doing good. If I can lose a little bit more fat weight, I'll consider bulking up a bit. I'd like to stay around this range(+10 -5 or so) weight wise, but with some more muscle weight and less fat weight.
And along those lines... Having your battery run out on the iPOD shuffle mid-workout really really really really blows.
